Aisyah Aziz

Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park

February 2022

Aisyah (I-sha) is from Fort Wayne, Indiana. She graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor's in
Animal Science and a minor in Anthropology. After graduating she worked as a science educator at the
museum Science Central. Here she discovered her passion for teaching and working with her
community, especially with the youth. Being able to see a child's eyes light up when they discover and
learn something new is amazing! Aisyah hopes to cultivate that same excitement and energy as a CVA
at Klondike Park and help foster an appreciation for nature among the community. Not only does she
hope to inspire future stewards she also wants to be a positive role model for younger girls interested
in pursuing a similar career path because representation matters.
Whenever possible, Aisyah loves to travel. She is fascinated with learning about different cultures and
has a serious case of wanderlust. She loves exploring and has traveled to 31 countries across 4
continents. It is on her bucket list to go to all 7 continents!
