Anna Blalock

Lake Mead National Recreation Area

Anna Blalock was born and raised in a small town in northwest Georgia. She began traveling with her parents at a very young age, but it wasn't until high school that she discovered her love for public lands and road tripping. She has road tripped cross country several times, visiting a lot of national parks along the way. After graduating from Georgia Southern University in 2019, she took off to Lake Mead National Recreation Area to work as a seasonal park ranger. Since then, Anna has completed another season at Lake Mead and spent time as a communications intern at Harpers Ferry National Historical Park as well. She is excited to be representing Lake Mead as a CVA this year and hopes to use this experience to combine her creativity with her love for public lands.
