I grew up in south Texas in a city called Brownsville. I then moved to San Antonio for school and have received my Bachelors in Political Science. During my five years of living in San Antonio, I have been consistently following local politics and have been attracted to becoming more civically engaged within my communities. Additionally, I have worked with non-profits to promote youth political engagement and the city of San Antonio through volunteering/interning with elected officials. Ultimately, I want to make the world a better place by being a voice for the most vulnerable people. I now serve as the CVA VISTA Leader in the IMR office in Lakewood, Colorado.
