Judith Broussard

Capulin Volcano National Monument

September 2022

Judith was raised in Denham Springs, Louisiana where she fell in love with all things nature, especially wildlife. This led to her pursuing a Bachelors degree in Biology at Bridgewater College in Virginia (where she soon discovered her love for mountains as well). Since graduating in 2021 she has bopped all over; Wisconsin, North Carolina, the Adirondacks in New York, and now New Mexico at Capulin Volcano National Monument to take a break from environmental education and work on bettering her community as a CVA. Judith feels very fortunate for all the amazing people she has met along the way and the incredible experiences she has had working with wildlife. She hopes to use her interpretation skills and experiences to highlight Capulin's value and also build a strong volunteer community that will better the area and thrive. The ultimate goal in her life is that something good comes from her existence as a person.
