Lorna is from Council Bluffs, IA. She graduated from Wartburg College in 2022 with majors in Psychology and Sociology and is currently pursuing her master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Creighton University. She is fulfilling her role as CVA at Big Thicket Preserve in Kountze, TX and enjoying every bit of it! From planning fun volunteer events to assisting with paddle trips on the river, there is never a boring day! She hopes to receive a well-rounded experience at the Big Thicket and learn some of the many different aspects of National Park life.
