Brett moved to the Keweenaw Peninsula from his home in Georgia.
He holds a B.A. in History with a minor in English from the University of Georgia. After completing what will be his second CVA term, he intends to return to school to pursue an M.S. in Historic Preservation.
In his free time, he enjoys hiking (or snowshoeing, depending on the season), playing basketball, and reading sci-fi.
